Does Natural Healthy Village have solar and self-sufficient water?

Designed for energy and water autonomy: solar in progress, private deep well, 3-phase electricity, three water lines per plot, all cables buried underground.

Electricity

3-phase electricity from PEA (Provincial Electricity Authority) with an individual meter per plot. Solar panel installation is in progress toward full energy autonomy. All electrical cables are buried underground — no poles or overhead wires obstructing mountain views.

Water

Each plot has three water supply lines with individual meters. The project includes a private deep well, water storage tank, and pump. Connection to public water supply is also available.

Design philosophy

Self-sustainability supports weekend and permanent residents who want independence from city utilities while remaining ~2.5 hours from Bangkok. Infrastructure is built for long-term residential use, not short-term tourism.
